Today and tomorrow in writing, you are going to begin writing some of your chapters. This is going to take some hard work but you can do it! Today in reading, we are going to have look at some nonfiction books that have already been written for inspiration!
Keep reading non-fiction books on Ancient Egypt and look at the way the authors write. Jot down some cool things that the writers of the books you read are doing. Later, when you are working on writing, try some of those things out and see how you like it.

You will use the ruler to measure objects. Click on the ruler and line up the zero at the end of the object to measure it accurately. We measure these objects from left to right.
Today you will learn all about leaves. Have you ever wondered why they change color? You may have eaten leaves yourself. On Epic read a book called, “Exploring Leaves” by Kristen Sterling. Also, watch the video on Epic called, “This is Not a Pine Tree”.
