Fridays are our day to catch up on work for the week, complete your special's work and explore fun, optional activities.
Here are some Friday suggested activities to make learning fun!
Read for pleasure! We can build reading stamina by reading at least 15 minutes each day. Pick a book from home or on RAZ kids and practice first grade reading strategies by reading for 15 minutes.
Free write Friday! We can build writing skills and writing stamina for 15 minutes each day. Write a card for a friend, a story for fun, a letter, a poem, write a story in chalk, whatever your heart desires.
Practice telling time by creating your own clock! Use materials from your home to create a clock face, minute hand, and hour hand.
