Fundations:

**Start by placing your cards in alphabetical order- make sure your rows look like the picture on the right.**

Fundations letter cards: practice only the second row of letters (g to l) and the digraphs saying the letter, keyword(picture), sound using the cards you created

Using letter cards:

• Decoding words-pick 6 to 10 words from the list below.

  1. 1. 1. Use your tiles to build a word.

        2. Sound out the word to decode and read.

        3. Write the word on a separate piece of paper making sure you mark up the digraph (underline it).

        4. Put letter cards back and build the next word.

• Optional: Post video on teacher's Flipgrid or email a picture to your child’s teacher.
