Yesterday, we read another chapter in The BFG and started to think about and write about the story. We focused a lot on how we feel about each of the characters and what is happening. Today we are going to continue to read as well as write longer about what is happening in the story. Today we will focus on these two questions:
What is the problem?
What is the solution? Is there a solution yet?
Today, you will be finishing your cover page for your book.
Make sure your cover has the following things:
A title that tells your reader what your book is mostly about. A title gets capital letters for every word.
Your name
A detailed picture
Today you will be coloring it in and finishing it!
Today you will begin to learn about multiplication by understanding how many groups and how many dots are in a group.
You will complete IXL Y1. Either get to 100% or stop at 10 minutes.
