Fundations:

Fundations letter cards: practice all the letters saying the letter, keyword(picture), sound using the cards you created

Vowel Extension chart: practice extending the short vowel sound

Rhyming:

• watch Mrs. Bendett's read aloud

• read the rhyming words on the paper

• rewatch video to hear rhyming words in the book

• recording rhyming words on worksheet (if printed) or separate sheet of paper

• Optional: Post your drawing on teacher's Flipgrid or email a picture to your child’s teacher.

Science: Living things

• Plant seeds, care for them, and watch them grow. (Don’t have any seeds? How about grass seed, dry beans, untreated bird seed, apple or orange seeds, or avocado pits?)
