Read the book and use the poster to guide your thinking. You may think aloud, share ideas with a family member, stop and jot on a post it, or print out the poster to respond. Make a prediction about what may happen next at the beginning, middle, or end of your story.

Please view the images below. Continue to write your story on lined paper. Focus on writing the end of your story, explaining what happened after your problem was solved. Make sure you make your characters come to life by making them talk, telling how they feel, sharing what they think, and using action words. It is helpful to end with a feeling. Sketch a picture to go with your story. Do not color your picture. Just a quick sketch.
