Calm Down Bottle Preparation
In order to be prepared, you will need to have ready:
An empty, clean, small plastic bottle or jar with a cap. Remove label.
Small objects to put inside the bottle. A variety is best so that some objects will float, some will hover, and some will sink. You don’t need to have all of these objects. Some ideas:
Paper clips
Sequins
Buttons
Glitter
Tiny pebbles
Fish tank gravel
Beads
Little balls of aluminum foil
Small shells
Cut up pieces of plastic straws
Anything else you can think of
Optional: food dye or watercolor paint if you want your water to have color
