If you receive phishing emails (no, Henderson does not need iTunes gift cards and your accounts are not being locked if you don't take action), feel free to report them to Microsoft before deleting them. Their filtering system gets better when these types of emails are reported.
If you inadvertently enter your login credentials somewhere, change your password through the Portal (click your name in the top right) then reboot. If you accidentally download something, submit an Incident IQ ticket for the computer so Rachael can take a look and clean it up. It happens. We won't judge. We just want to limit impact as soon as possible.
I will be out of town moving Sofia in at OSU on Thu, Aug 14 & Fri, Aug 15. Another DLC will be available to support you via email or phone while I'm out. Her contact information will be in my automatic reply message on those days.
Instructors can now use differentiation tags to assign specific content to customized sets of students. These sets are not visible to students.
Targeted Assignments: Easily assign homework, quizzes, or other materials to specific student tag sets using the "Assign To" feature.
Differentiated Instruction: To provide personalized learning experiences, create tag sets based on learning styles, academic needs, or interests.
Accommodation Tracking: Discreetly tag students who require accommodations, allowing instructors to identify and address their needs quickly.
Streamlined Communication: Communicate with specific student tag sets through the Inbox without alerting the whole class.
Gradebook Filtering: Filter the traditional gradebook to view and analyze the performance of specific student tag sets.
Notes:
Each course is limited to 40 tags total and 10 variants per tag set.
There is no limit to the total number of tags a student can have; however, a student can only be assigned one tag per tag set.
