As the end of the school year approaches, I'll share an item for all staff to take care of each week. If you take care of these items along the way, the End-of-Year Technology Checkout List will go much faster on the last days of school!
This week's focus is Outlook!
End of Year: Outlook cleanout

We found another fix to the "Canvas opening in App/Tablet Mode" issue! You can do this yourself or submit an Incident IQ ticket for your Chromebook (located under My Assets) and Rachael can fix it for you.
Open the Google Play store (multicolored arrow icon) on the Chromebook.
Search for "Canvas".
Select any Canvas options that appear.
Uninstall.
If you haven't spent time experimenting with MagicSchool, take a few minutes during these next few weeks and check it out! If you're unsure what to do, try some of these ideas.
If you are a fan of MagicSchool, I was able to snag some stickers! Stop by the mailroom to pick one up for yourself... until they run out!
If you're looking for ways to keep students engaged, especially in these last few weeks of May, check out this resource! It was created for a first year and second year teacher event but it's helpful for everyone!
Please reach out if you'd like to explore any of these ideas!
If you are on a team that uses a Canvas Blueprint, you should have received an email from me this morning about creating a new, pretty, "clean" blueprint to use next year if your isn't already "pretty and clean". Reach out with questions!
Don't forget about the exciting Future Ready Bingo challenge, brought to you by your High School Digital Learning Coaches!
Bingo Card: We've curated a bingo card featuring a variety of future-ready ideas to implement with your students. Each square on the card represents a task aimed at fostering crucial skills for their future success.
Future Ready Skills: The bingo card is color-coded to align with the Future Ready Skills outlined in the Future Ready Learner Profile. This will help you identify and focus on specific skill areas as you complete each square.
Submit Your Completed Bingo Card: Once you've completed a row, column, or diagonal on the bingo card, submit your completed card to the Google Form provided in the Digital Learning Today newsletter. Don't forget to include your name and contact information for a chance to win some fantastic DLC prizes!
Multiple BINGOs: Aim to achieve as many BINGOs as you can before the end of the school year! The more BINGOs you achieve, the greater your chances of winning.
We're excited to see how you incorporate these future-ready ideas as we wrap up the year and how they positively impact student learning. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, feel free to reach out to your Digital Learning Coaches for support.
