Respondus Status [Lockdown browser, StudyMate]
If you receive an email from Incident IQ, read it! If it says "Waiting on Requestor", scroll down to see the question being asked, hit reply to the email to send in your answer. It's that easy!
If a ticket is "Waiting on Requestor" and the question does not get answered, the ticket just sits there.
If you are aware of any technology issues that need to be addressed, submit an Incident IQ ticket!
To help our technology equipment stay in the best condition possible for as long as possible:
PC Computers (on wall or desktop) -
Lock (<Windows>+L) or sign out at the end of each day
Leave ON overnight to receive updates
When prompted to restart, do it
Projectors - Turn OFF when not in use
Doc cams - Be gentle with the movable neck and USB cord; turn off the light when not in use
Chromebooks - Restart every week or two
MFPs/printers - Submit Incident IQ tickets when not working

If you find a Chromebook lying around, please send it to B100/Library so we can return it to its owner! If the owner hasn't stopped by to claim it yet, they're not going to. Let us get it where it belongs!
At this point, in Canvas you should have:
moved the "Current Week" or "Current Marking Period" marker on the Modules list to the Q2 module
published this week's lesson plan page
updated the Current Week link on the home page
If you need the Q2 module and lesson plan pages, they're in Commons. Search for "CHS" and filter for "Frisco ISD". The Q2 IPR cut-offs are off by a day each time. Sorry. I wasn't expecting non-Friday cut-offs in the fall when these were made in the summer.
