Have you used AI to save time or assist with a task? We are gathering ideas of how staff members (all staff, not just teachers) are using AI to make life easier! What has worked? What hasn't gone quite as expected? Please share your experiences!

Don't forget that if you haven't met with me already this school year to go over changes to MasteryConnect and how to switch assessments to the new 4-tier levels of assessment, schedule a time soon!
Lightspeed's Classroom Relay can be used by the primary teacher of a course to monitor what students are doing in Chrome. Teachers can also block/allow sites, close students' tabs, record students' activity, send messages to students' screens and more.

If your students submit a Google file in Canvas, you should be using either Google Cloud Assignments or Google Assignment LTI 1.3 assignments. I recommend Google LTI 1.3 over Cloud Assignments. If you are asking students to "make a copy" of your doc, please get with me! The Google Assignments LTI 1.3 will make everyone's lives much easier!

Note: These Google External Tool options will not work with Turnitin. To use Turnitin, students go to Google Drive, download a PDF of their work, then submit to a separate assignment with a "file upload" submission type.

Known Issue- Currently, there is an issue with images not transferring along with the quiz when it is copied/sent from one course/teacher to another. At this time, we have found that images usually transfer with a New Quiz if you do Course Import instead of Send/Copy to. Hopefully there will be a fix in a coming update. This is NOT an issue with blueprint syncing.
Coach Jake Jackson has used QuestionWell to assist with creating quizzes from articles and video links! The quizzes can be downloaded and imported directly into Canvas! Check out Question Well's Features.
