Do you feel you're receiving too many Incident IQ notifications? You can change your notification settings!
Log into Incident IQ.
In the top right, click your name then Options.
Select the Notifications tab.
Scroll down to Notifications > As Follower.
Adjust as needed. Keep in mind that this applies to ALL tickets that you "follow" and are not an "owner" for. There is not a way to turn it on/off for a specific type of ticket.
When finished, Save.
The FISD Technology Department is offering Ai Self-Paced Courses for expanding your AI knowledge.
Professionals (Teachers/IC/DLC/etc) may begin earning SBEC CEUs the first day AFTER their last day of contract. For example, you can start building your 2025-2026 hours after your last day of contract this year. Paraprofessionals start on July 1st.

Lightspeed has a Chrome extension (Lightspeed AccessScan Agent) that will check website access based on an email address. This way teachers/staff can check to see what is available to students while lesson planning. The Chrome extension is now open to staff (Elm, MS, HS).
Pin the extension:
Click the puzzle piece icon to view your Chrome extensions.
Pin the "Lightspeed AccessScan Agent" extension.
Check accessibility:
Visit the website you'd like to check accessibility for.
Click the Chrome extension.
Enter a student's email address.
Scan page.

New Quizzes: Instructors can enable multiple selections in Hot Spot quiz questions:
Instructors can define multiple correct hot spot areas.
Students can select multiple areas on an image in response to the quiz.
Autograding will evaluate the student’s selections based on the defined correct answers.
The feature supports regrading functionality.
User response attempts are limited to the number of hotspots set by the instructor.
Note: Questions made before this change support editing to accept multiple hotspots.
