Our inventory is loaded into Incident IQ (AKA: IIQ) with the exception of projectors and printers. We'll let you know when those are loaded.
⚠️ ACTION ITEM⚠️
ALL STAFF MEMBERS need to log into IIQ and double-check that:
your profile includes your room (classroom, office, etc) number, and
the FISD tags listed for your 'Favorites / Linked Assets' are correct
If an asset (1) has the wrong FISD tag number listed in IIQ, (2) is missing from your list of My Assets, or (3) is listed but not in your room, submit this form to get it corrected.
Check all of these assets:
Touchscreen Chromebook
PC (desktop, mounted on wall)
Doc Cam
Monitor (if in an office)
Anything else with an FISD asset tag for which you might create a support ticket
NOTE: Projectors, Printers, and MFPs will be loaded at a later date! ← Do NOT check these today!
Locating 'My Assets':
Shared spaces: If you're in a room with other people, identify your asset by looking for the FISD asset tag. Then star/favorite your assets!
Quizzing from YouTube videos just got a lot easier. AI-powered tools can help you create formative assessments, differentiate, and more! Check out this TCEA article for more information.
On a side note- If you use EdPuzzle, we were recently informed that, as of today, it will NOT be on the approved list next school year. This is a great time to start switching to a different format, like Nearpod! Directions.
Over Spring Break, I received access to MagicSchool AI for Students. If you would like to explore using this with your students, please reach out! We can explore together!
Shelia Hooten reached out for a thought partner to look for ways to get her Senior Food Science students to pay attention and take notes during peer presentations. We discussed a few options, some with tech and some without, and she choose the best fit for her class and her teaching style. If you would like a thought partner, reach out to Penney Matos, Dr. Tammy Turner, Dr. Teddi Martin, and/or Nicole Ellis! We're here to support you!
