We started off the week with a beautiful day outside. Mrs. Tamblingson even treated us to an extra recess!
This morning we took the classroom outside! We worked to find partners of 5 and 6 by playing 'Spill the Beans' and using chalk to record on the blacktop. This was a great way to connect learning and enjoy the beautiful weather! This week we have been learning about reptiles and amphibians, so today we created an alligator craft.
Hank earned a Positive Office Referral and had lunch with his friends at the café tables. To end the day, we watch the 3-5 grade perform their spring concert. We patiently are waiting for our butterflies to hatch!
We had an exciting end to our week! 4 of our 5 butterflies emerged from their chrysalises. We will let them go early next week. We started the day with math choices! To end the day, we created a sea turtle craft.
