This morning we had a guest reader, London from 3rd Grade. We created a pot of gold in hopes of catching a leprechaun!
We hope you have been enjoying our One School, One Book, Fenway and Hattie. Today, we had stations to help us make more connections with the story, and we had a blast. We created dog treats, created dog toys out of old fabric, and listened to a veterinarian. To continue getting ready for St. Patrick's Day, we created a rainbow with a pot of gold. We also added green and gold glitter to our pots of gold. Fingers crossed we catch a leprechaun!
This morning we had a guest reader, Nathan from 1st Grade.
We learned about our last kindergarten friend, Abigail. Our pots of gold are hidden around the classroom in hopes of catching a leprechaun!
It was a day filled with leprechaun shenanigans! We came into a messy classroom with glitter all over. We found a pot of gold that the leprechaun had left us filled with gold coins. To end the day, we did a Skittles experiment. We put the Skittles in rainbow order, added water, and watched a rainbow flow into the water.
