First Week

 This week is all about pumpkins with a little Halloween sprinkled in!  Today, we learned about another Daily 5 Choice: Read to Someone.  They loved sharing their books and love of reading with their friends!  We made our October Bulletin Board craft.  It was a ghost, and we used their pictures for the eyes.  Check out the pictures and see if you can find your kindergartener!

We started our morning with a PAWS Pride Assembly on the blacktop.  It was a beautiful day!  We made our very own Kindergarten Pumpkin Patch!  They were able to decide many ways to decorate their pumpkin.  They turned out great!

For writing, we tasted pumpkin bread, which we loved, and wrote the ingredients we thought were in the bread.
