Fourth Week

We have finished learning about capital letters! We practiced writing the whole alphabet, A to Z, in our handwriting books. To end the day, we turned in the PAWS Pride tickets we have been working so hard to earn! There were so many cool things to buy. Ask your student what they got with their tickets!

Today, we wore orange in support of bullying prevention. At Eden Elementary, we 'Choose Kindess, Acceptance, and Inclusion'. In math, we finished our work and were able to use the math choices. They love being able to practice their math skills with their friends! We created a Halloween Bat. We had the bus company review bus safety with us. We watched a video and were able to practice our skills with a bus ride!

Today, we read 'There's a Monster in Your Book' and created a monster craft. We then wrote two things that our monsters liked. They came up with great ideas! Ms. Wahlgren came in for guidance, and they talked about the word 'fair'. They practiced being fair by completing a pumpkin sheet with a partner where they had to communicate about how to decorate it.

We had a great Pajama Day! It was great to do all our learning activities with our stuffed animals and in our comfy pajamas! We reviewed vowels and consonants by looking at the alphabet and completing a sheet. Dominic turned his tickets in to play a board game with Mrs. Tamblingson!
