Internship Description (120 Hours): Duties include basic clerical duties, interview observation, mailing address research using SSA systems along with internet sites, and phone calls to claimants in order to follow up on requested information. Students are expected to participate in office training meetings and share their observations of customer service.
Advanced Internship Description (280 Hours): Not Available to Advanced Internship students
