Mission: Inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, caring citizens.
Clientele: Youth ages 6-18
Services: Provide youth development programming in five core program areas: sport/fitness/recreation, arts, education & career development, healthy life skills, and character & leadership development. We provide youth development programming at 8 locations, 7 of which are school-based programs that include before and afterschool programming. We also provide services through our Youth Resource Center-Truancy Reduction Center, Runaway program, Youth and Family Counseling, and Center for Grieving Children.
Internship Description (120 Hours): Co-facilitate a small group, help coordinate special events, general supervision, tutoring, mentoring, help with teen programming.

Advanced Internship Description (280 Hours): Co-facilitate small groups. Leadership role in one or more of the five core programs. Possible placement with various programs (such as the Runaway Program, Street Outreach, TRAC, Teen Services, School sites, etc.)
Oversee the implementation of certain programs and activities that facilitate achievement of Youth Development Outcomes
Academic enrichment or high yield learning activities
Creating and maintaining ideas for youth recognition
Assist lead director with annual events such as Lights On, National Boys and Girls Club Week and awards night, and family engagement night
Assisting with grant reporting
