Since the conflict between HYBE and ADOR founding CEO Min Hee-jin, it has become evident that Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein (HMDHH) have faced escalating mistreatment, lack of support, and a hostile working environment.
HYBE and its sub-labels have undermined NewJeans' career, subjected them to workplace harassment and ostracism, and excluded them from key decisions and opportunities. Following the replacement of ADOR’s management, these issues have intensified, leaving MHDHH without effective support or protection and exposing them to an even more hostile environment.
HYBE has also engaged in negative media campaigns and has used its influence to turn other HYBE fandoms against HMDHH. This has resulted in targeted racism, xenophobia, and misogynistic attacks against the members.
Due to the significant amount of misinformation and media play surrounding HMDHH, this section is dedicated to documenting numerous instances of mistreatment and bullying against the members, supported by concrete evidence. As Bunnies, we believe it is essential to present these documented cases to counter misinformation and ensure the reality of MHDHH’ experiences is recognised.
Bunnies fully support HMDHH’ decision to terminate their exclusive contracts with ADOR and pursue independence. We believe HYBE and ADOR, now under HYBE’s direct control, would not support NewJeans' continued success or artistic identity, or provide them with the safe and supportive environment they deserve.
Bunnies stand with Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein, and will continue to support them as they move forward independently, deserving of respect, creative freedom, and a safe workplace.
