Um, we contacted, um, Director Shin Woo-seok. We reached out first, and I was sending messages like, “Director, you’re so cool, you’re the best,” with tons of emojis. But that day, because he's very random, and he's very, he's a bit of, he's very funny, he's a funny guy, and he said like this random, I don't know, like it was like a meme, something, like a motorcycle, like, I don't know, it's hard to explain, but he always sends it, I don't know why, but it always gets me every time.
Then he shared something meaningful. He said something like, “Whether it’s our Daepyonim or our parents, they’re putting everything on the line and fighting for us.” I don’t remember his exact words, but it really resonated with me, realizing that the director felt that way, too. He doesn’t usually share these kinds of thoughts, especially with us, since he’s always teasing us. Like, he's like, he's like a big uncle. He's like a funny uncle to us.
Minji unnie sent a weird emoji in response to lighten things up, and it made us laugh, but in that moment, I felt really moved. You can tell that even though Director Shin Woo-seok always jokes with us, he genuinely supports and cheers us on. He’s a cool uncle. He’s a cool guy… and yeah, anyway…
