Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer is the third book in the Twilight series that continues Edward and Bella’s story. This book connects back to the villains of the first book. After Edward defeated the villains in the first book, they came back for revenge. They gather an entire army of vampires and face off with the Cullens and the Werewolves. While all of this is happening, Bella is having her own emotional battles trying to decide who she loves, Edward or Jacob.

This book was filled with more action than the ones before. It did not contain the same depth as New Moon, but it was definitely better than the first book. It had a lot of action like the battle that takes place between the army of vampires and the Cullens/Werewolves. I recommend this book to teens who enjoy romantic novels with some action.
