Cedar-Django, initially known under the names Cedar Two and Cedar III, was the name of a Miiverse clone made by the user Seedur that has gone through multiple iterations. The latest version was hosted under bigfloppa.art, using Closedverse as a base. Despite its name, Cedar-Django has never actually used source code from its namesake, Cedar.

On June 6, 2022, Seedur created a Miiverse clone known as "Cedar 2" (stylized as "Cedar Two" in the logo) under cedar2.rf.gd. It was moved to usecedar.ca after Seedur bought the domain. Despite its name, Cedar 2 was actually a rehost of Galaxy Plaza.

In July of 2022, usecedar.ca was used to host "Cedar III" (alternatively "Cedar Three"), a rehost of Closedverse.

Move to cedar.doctor
On August 31, 2022, Cedar III was moved to cedar.doctor, the domain the original Cedar was hosted on, after Seedur purchased it for $140. It was eventually renamed to simply "Cedar". Seedur began adding more features to the site, including text on the home page indicating how old the site was in months (which has since been removed), the ability to change a user's personal background color, the ability for a user to set the site background to an image URL (which only applied to that user), and a few joke features such as the option for a user to indicate that they are transgender on their profile and that users should "respect their pronouns". Users could create their own communities, which costed them one "community token". Users were given one community token when they make an account.

From as early as October 8, 2022 to early November 2022, cedar.doctor was styled with a Halloween theme, with orange coloring and the checkered background containing sillhouetes of a spider and a jack-o-lantern carving.

In December of 2022, cedar.doctor's logo was changed to blue, and the site was themed blue for users that were signed in (for those without an account, cedar.doctor had the traditional black color), specifically the hex code #424cff. On December 19, Seedur posted a note on the home page stating that he was burnt out from "anything clone related" and that he was going to be less active on the site. He reiterated that the site "would be fine" due to there being numerous staff members.
Cedar III Shutdown
The cedar.doctor end of service announcement on January 31, 2023.
In January of 2023, it was announced on the cedar.doctor home page that the site would shut down on February 28, 2023. The content would not be archived, but the site's source code would be made publicly available.
On February 5, 2023, cedar.doctor's database was leaked. The leak reportedly contained users' IP addresses, passwords, and emails. The leak was initially brought to attention by Ghosty, which later drove users into suspicion that Ghosty was the one responsible for the leak. The leak was deleted the following day.

On February 13, 2023, 15 days earlier than announced, cedar.doctor was shut down. It was initially replaced with a site that converts any image into a .jpg file, with sliders for quality percentage and pixel resolution. cedar.doctor was eventually shut down entirely later that month.
bigfloppa.art

On July 24, 2023, Seedur rehosted the clone under bigfloppa.art, retaining its old database. The site now had a red color scheme.
On August 19, 2023, bigfloppa.art's database was reset, with all posts being removed. It was reset again on August 31, 2023, with the old database being moved to old.bigfloppa.art. old.bigfloppa.art was meant to be the "backup clone" in case the main server fails, but it has since shut down. Cedar's color scheme was eventually changed to blue.
On December 16, 2023, the site's file upload limit was increased from 10 megabytes to 40 megabytes. Seedur also made the site only accessible via invite, though he would revert this decision several weeks later.
Shutdown
On January 28, 2024, Seedur reset bigfloppa.art's database. Initially, the intention of this reset was to start fresh, but Seedur later decided to permanently shut down the site following the database reset, which occurred that day around 2:48 PM PST. Following the database's reset, bigfloppa.art was again used for an image conversion page, featuring links to clones that were active at the time. On January 29, Rixy, an admin of the site, uploaded a video to YouTube containing several screenshots from the site, as well as a recording of himself using the site in the moment immediately before the database reset.

hell.cedar.doctor
hell.cedar.doctor was a rehost of cedar.doctor created by Seedur in November of 2022. It was meant to be an "anarchy" Miiverse clone, with every user who signed up being given access to the site's database, where they could create and delete communities and control most of the sites features. Because of this, the site had an issue where communities would frequently get deleted. It has since been shut down as of December of 2022.

Mii Universe
Mii Universe was a "rehost" of cedar.doctor presumably created by a user known as CaptainQ, sometime before October 10, 2022, under miiuniverse.tk. It was not an actual Miiverse clone, but two edited HTML pages, with one being the home page and the other being the Announcements Community. The home page was edited to have a blue style, and the logo was replaced. Because it was a combination of two HTML pages, it was not possible to sign up for Mii Universe, and all other communities could not be accessed.

cedar2.wuhuisland.xyz
cedar2.wuhuisland.xyz was a rehost of Cedar Two, the first iteration of Cedar-Django based off Galaxy Plaza. It was made by gray and released on December 1, 2023. As of 2024, it has since shut down.
