Poly Plaza

Poly Plaza (otherwise known as Plazaverse) was a Miiverse clone created by GhostyBlox on April 23, 2022 under poly-plaza.ml. It is based off of Galaxy Plaza. The clone has a Twitter page (@poly_plaza), made during that time period.

On May 18, 2022, Poly Plaza was suspended due to the user Adam posting porn and gore images. Prior to its suspension, the site's database was hacked and shared online. The Twitter account made a tweet urging users to change their passwords, while also stating that IP addresses were not being shared because they were cleared prior to the hack. That day, a subreddit for Poly Plaza was made under r/PolyPlaza.

On May 21, 2022, Poly Plaza was brought back under polyplaza.ml.

On May 23, 2022, Poly Plaza was rebranded to "Plazaverse", with the Twitter page's handle changing to "Plazaverse".

On the morning of May 25, 2022, Plazaverse underwent a scheduled maintenance. That day, a status page for Plazaverse was made under plazaverse.instatus.com.

Plazaverse was suspended on May 26, before coming back on May 27.

For 5 minutes on May 30, 2022, Plazaverse was made rule-free, meaning users could break the rules during the 5-minute time frame.

Plazaverse was shut down on June 8, 2022.

On November 12, 2022, GhostyBlox made a rehost of Plazaverse under plazaverse.epizy.com, though the site appeared to state that it was Geoverse, a Closedverse rehost GhostyBlox made earlier. Ghosty explained that this was because he was in the middle of changing names while editing the site's CSS and PHP code. The site has since been suspended.
