Miiverse Clonapedia (abbreviated as MVC, also shorted to "The Clonapedia") is a Google Sites-powered encyclopedia created by clone user Jokko on January 6, 2020. Its purpose is to document information regarding Miiverse clones, and is currently the largest and most active Miiverse clone-related encyclopedia. It is non-profit, and not associated with Miiverse or its clones.

History

In multiple posts both on clones and outside of clones (such as this Reddit post), Jokko stated that he wanted to create an encyclopedia for Miiverse clones, pitying the fact that there was no real attempt at making one. One of the reasons he wanted to do so was because he wanted to make sure that the information about these clones would be available long after they were gone. However, due to Jokko's inexperience with website creation, the idea went months without being realized.

In January of 2020, Jokko realized that he could use Google Sites to construct an encyclopedia. After a few failed attempts, on January 6, Jokko was able to make Miiverse Clonapedia on the classic Google Sites, under the link sites.google.com/site/mvclonapedia. On January 12, 2020, Jokko created both the Miiverse Clonapedia logo and the Miiverse Clonapedia twitter page (@MVClonapedia).

On March 13, 2020, Jokko created the Miiverse Clonapedia Editors Form, allowing other people to edit the site. Three additions to the editing team were made that month: ioletsgo (March 14), Gnarly (March 16), and Proto (March 28). As editors, ioletsgo did minor edits to articles and also created the Nova page, while Gnarly rewrote most of the Epic Sauce Fortnite Death Punch article and created the Hamstatunz article. On March 17, PF2M sent ioletsgo a list of corrections to Miiverse Clonapedia's existing articles, which ioletsgo sent to Jokko, prompting the latter to fix the articles' mistakes.

On April 5, 2020, the Miiverse checkered background was implemented on Miiverse Clonapedia. On April 7, Clone Forest was created, being a subsidiary of Miiverse Clonapedia. On April 23, Pip was added to the editing team. On April 28, Jokko turned off automatic page sorting and manually organized all the pages.

In early May of 2020, Pip did some edits to Miiverse Clonapedia pages, including rewriting parts of the Oasis and Indigo articles and adding on to the Miiverse Clone General Timeline.

On May 22, Post-Clone Dramatica was published for the second time, and one of the first articles made was about Miiverse Clonapedia.

Two additions were made to the editing team during May, being Konameme (May 23) and Luke (May 29). Konameme created the Konameme article and rewrote part of the wakemeupinside.cf section of the Closedverse Rehosts article (before wakemeupinside.cf was given its own article), while Luke made some edits to the closedpizza.000webhostapp.com section of the article.

On June 7, 2020, the Clone Post was created to host Miiverse clone news.

Three additions were made to the editing team during June, being Hunter/JuicyTomato (June 18), SMF9 (June 20), and Stereotypical Russian Boss (June 29). JuicyTomato made edits to the Uiiverse article, while SMF9 created the SMF9 article. On June 25, Jokko removed Hunter from the editing team after Hunter's claim that he wanted to leave the Miiverse clone community. Russian Boss created the articles for the users MarioStar and Mario's Princess.

Two additions were made to the editing team during July, those being Cosmo and Luna, both on July 31. In addition, SMF9 was removed from the editing team on July 13.

On December 23, 2020, vladik252010 was added to the editing team.

The next day, the account posted six more images in a similar format to the one posted the previous day. Each post appears to depict the journal entries of a fictional archaeologist who finds a book titled, "The Quest for Immortality", which is written from the point of view of an "emperor" who details "what is needed for immortality", specifically the need for "Miiverse energy" which is "manipulated" by Miiverse clones. A final image depicts a cake colored similarly to the Miiverse Clonapedia logo, celebrating its 3 year anniversary. All these images were drawn by Jokko with Paint 3D.
