Welcome Letter

Parents and Players,

Congratulations on being part of the 2012 Crusaders Soccer Season. This season we are publishing our 2nd annual team program book which will be handed out at all of our home matches. It will contain rosters, schedules, player information, sponsors, and messages for Varsity, JV and Froshman players and teams. In addition, this book will be used to raise funds to improve the GDRHS Boys Soccer Program and Players. In order for this book to be a success, each player has the goal of securing one full page of sponsors. This can be done by asking local merchants to advertise in the book as well as through personal messages. To give you some ideas, the reverse side of this letter includes a sample page from the 2011 Crusaders Soccer Program.

A sponsor form is attached to this letter. There are several options for ad sizes and we are happy to include any artwork or pictures that can be converted into digital form. Players can meet their goal of one full page of sponsors in one add or several. Feel free to make additional copies of the attached form.

We ask that you turn in a completed sponsor sheet for each sponsor you receive. In addition, please attach the accompanying payment as well as any artwork or business cards. All checks should be made payable to GDRHS Boys Soccer.

In order to have the program book available for the earliest part of our season, all sponsor sheets need to be returned to Kristen Stone, 35 Mclains Woods Rd, Groton MA 01450, by August 15th.
