Tyngsborough, Ma - Groton Dunstable and Dracut battled to a 0-0 draw at Tyngsborough Sports Center on this Saturday morning. Dracut came into the match with a 6-0-1 record and had a few early chances but all were turned away by GD Keeper Alex Newman. Both teams went into the break at 0-0. Dracut had the best chance of the game in the 60th minute when the ball bounced over the head of GD Keeper Newman but was saved off the line by a GD defender. GD's best chance came in last three minutes when a direct kick was played into the 18 box and Sr. Will Zinkann made contact with his head but just missed by the outside post. Dracut improve to (6-0-2) overall while GD improve to (1-2-3) overall and travel to Sheppard Hill on Tuesday 10/2 to take on the Rams. GD received great play from Derek Caruso, Ian Maguire, Chase Herberich and Brian Scott.
