Crusaders Fall to Chieftains 5-1 in Boys Soccer

Groton, Ma - Jr Forward Sabastian Tommasi scored three times for the Chieftains in the first 20 minutes en route to a 5-1 win over the Crusaders of Groton Dunstable. Nathan Bucholz added a 4th before the break and Jay Toland added a 5th in the 2nd stanza. GD's Riley Patten scored his first goal of the season in his season debut. Nashoba improve to 1-4-1 overall and 1-2 in Midland B league play while GD drop to 4-4 overall and 0-3 in Midland B league play. GD hosy (7-0-2) Shrewsbury Thursday at4pm. GD received some good play from Josh Marion, Devon Sullivan, Will Zinkann and Peter Ho off the bench.
