Groton, Ma - Sr. Matt Krikorian scored goals in both half's to lead the Crusaders to a 3-0 win over the Tigers of Tyngsboro. Krikorian scored the first goal in the 21st minute from a feed pass from Dean Tornaritis by toe poking it past Tiger Keeper Brennan Lloyd. Krikorian broke in alone on a great feed pass from Gabe Dingle just 1:15 into the 2nd stanza to make it 2-0. Jr Matt Warren made it 3-0 at 45:38 from a feed pass from Krikorian. Tiger Keeper Brennan Lloyd made several outstanding saves in both half's. GD received great play from Joey Zinkann, Chris Werner and Eric Niemoller. Tyngsboro drop to 0-1-2 while GD improve to 2-0-1. GD host Westboro on Thursday at 4pm.
