Morgan Bowl, Hudson, Ma- The Hudson Hawks came to play on Thursday night and despite not finding the net were able to hold GD scoreless for the first time all season. Hawks keeper Ryan Lyman played his best game of the season and several times robbed the Crusader attack from scoring. GD was once again without sophomore sensation Matt Tornaritis but did see the return of Senior Captain Adam Kmetz to the lineup after returning from a three week injury. GD received great play from Doug Rosa, Mike Keating and Paolo Filho. GD improve to 7-0-1 in Midland League play and will now face Marlboro next Tuesday night at Kellerher stadium to determine who the league champion might end up being. GD will host Westford Acadmey Saturday at 2pm in a non league game. GD currently stand at 10-2-3. Hudson improve to 3-4-1 in Midland League play and 8-5-1 overall and they chase a playoff birth for the first time in four years.
