AP Exam-Parent Info

Exam Decision Indicator in College Board 

1. Have the student log into their College Board account 

2. All students must select which exams they intend to take, and which exams they do not intend to take, by clicking on the blue “Register for Exam” button within each course’s tab

3. If students do intend to take exams, please move on to the steps below in order to pay  

Payment for AP Exams in School Cash Online 

4. Sign in to School Cash Online

5. Enter the number of exams you’d like to pay for

6. Select which AP exam(s) your child will take in May

7. Pay for the exams; they are $103 per exam

8. Once your payment has gone through and the exam decision indicator has been completed, the AP coordinator will order the exams

*Please note that an exam order will not be placed with the College Board if the student did not log into their AP Classroom and change their exam indicator and/or order their exam on School Cash Online. Payments can be made starting on Oct. 1st, 2024 and close on Nov. 6th, 2024.

All payments must be made by Wednesday, November 6th.   

After the Nov. 6th deadline students will have the opportunity to still order the exam, however the College Board does charge a late fee which is an additional $40 per exam (in addition to the $103 cost per exam).  If you decide after the exam is ordered to cancel, the charge is $40 per exam canceled. The deadline for all late testing registration is March 7th, 2025.
