Badge Requirements
Core Modules
Back to Scouting
[BT2101] Rocks 1-3
Read and understand 3 Rocks mentioned in Rovering to Success. Review on the matters mentioned regarding the Rocks and the importance of understanding and overcoming them
Open Air
Complete any ONE of the following:
[OA2108] Bullseye
Attend a few sessions and be proficient in the sport of archery.
[OA2109] Martial Artist
Attend regular sessions of any type of martial arts.
[OA2201] Beginner Kayaker
Attain Kayaking 1 Star proficiency as certified by Singapore Canoe Federation or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA2202] Experience Scuba
Attain Basic Open Water Diving Certification as certified by any diving centres.
[OA2203] Pico/Laser Proficiency
Attain Pico/Laser Proficiency Level 1 as certified by People's Association Water Venture or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA2204] Beginner Climber
Attain Sports Climbing Level 1 as certified by Singapore National Climbing Standards or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA2205] Beginner Abseiler
Attain Abseiling Level 1 as certified by Singapore National Climbing Standards or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA2301] Basic Airman
Complete Basic Airman Badge for Rover Scouts.
Rovering to Success
[RS2201] Importance of First Aid
Attain Standard First Aid Certification. SFA course should be from a NFAC accredited company
Citizenship and Service
[CS2206] Heart of Service
Actively volunteer at any organisation(s) outside Scouting for at least 30 hours over 3 months.
Elective Modules
Complete FOUR other Modules of your choice, of which at least two should be Level 2 or higher.
Projected Duration: 12 months
