Water Sports Skills
Obtain any Level 2 sea sports proficiency/ certificate.
Understand and be competent in executing the Sports S.A.F.E U Guide and relevant guides by SportSG during any outdoor sport activity.
Be aware and familiar with rescue protocols according to the 'Drowning Chain of Survival'.
Understand and be competent in executing an effective Risk Assessment for an water based activity.
Attained a relevant first aider qualification.
Marine Environmental Stewardship
Take on mentoring role to help a Scout complete their Environmental Stewardship requirement at the Junior, Ordinary and Able Sea Scout levels.
Do a ‘show & tell’ to your Scouts on at least TWO different types of marine habitats in Singapore Coasts and describe at least THREE types of flora and fauna that can found in each of these habitats.
