The Chief Scout's Award (Rover) will be the Association's Sectional Top Award for the Rover Section.
Following it will be the President's Scout Award (Rover) Badge.

[BT3101] Rovering to Success
Read and understand the book Rovering to Success. Review on the importance in overcoming all the Rocks mentioned in the book as both a Rover and a young adult and how one can influence change to other youths/ young adult to overcome their own Rocks.
[BT3301] Sponsoring a squire
Be a sponsor for a Rover Squire
[BT3302] Rover Involvement I – Rover Team
Be a part of a committee to plan a Singapore Rovers Event (Prior approval necessary from the NRC)
Open Air
Complete any ONE of the following:
[OA3201] Dragonboat Helmsman
Attend and pass Dragonboat Helmsman Accreditation Test as certified by Singapore Dragonboat Association.
[OA3202] Lifesaver's Call
Attain Lifesaving 1, 2 & 3 as certified by the Singapore Lifesaving Society.
[OA3203] Advanced Kayaker
Attain Kayaking 2 Star as certified by Singapore Canoe Federation or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA3204] Advanced Pico/Laser Proficiency
Attain Pico/Laser Proficiency Level 2 as certified by People's Association Water Venture or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA3205] Wilderness First Aid
Attain Wilderness First Aid Certification.
[OA3206] Advanced Climber
Attain Level 2 Climbing as certified by Singapore National Climbing Standards or other equivalent international/national governing bodies.
[OA3207] Advanced Abseiler
Attain Abseil Proficiency Level 2, as certified under SNAS, Singapore Mountaineering Federation.
[OA3208] Challenge Course Practitioner
Successfully attend and complete either one of the following:
Level 1 Full Certification by Association of Challenge Course Technology
or
Challenge Course Instructor Level 1 Certification by Outward Bound Singapore
[OA3209] Advanced Scuba
Attain Advanced Scuba diving certification.
[OA3301] Senior Airman
Complete Senior Airman Badge for Rover Scouts.
Rovering to Success
[RS3102] Leadership Beyond Scouting
Hold a leadership position outside of Scouting for at least 1 year. Review on the experience and key takeaways.
Complete any ONE of the following:
[RS3203] WSQ-Advanced
Attend and attain a diploma or higher for any Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) courses.
OR
[RS3204] Learning on the Job
Rovers may take up work in the form of an internship, short term work contract to gain working experience. A Rover should be working minimally for at least 3 months.
Citizenship and Service
Complete any ONE of the following:
[CS3203] Active Volunteering
Actively volunteer at any non-profit organisation outside Scouting for at least 60 hours for 6 months.
Rover(s) may also initiate own projects outside the ambit of established organisations.
(This module fulfils requirement from the NYAA Gold)
[CS3305] Community Readiness
Join ONE of the neighbourhood support groups in a Community Centre which helps to impart emergency preparedness skills to the public.
i.e. C2E, CERT, CFRP, Neighbourhood Watch
Elective Modules
Complete FOUR other Modules of your choice, of which at least two should be Level 3 or higher.
