The Youth Water Ambassador badge is a collaboration between SSA and PUB, the National Water Agency, as part of the Water Ambassador Badge Programme.
The programme aims to inspire Scouts to become a Water Advocate and Ambassador. Not only will the Scouts take action to adopt water-centric acts but also engage and educate others to use water responsibly. As part of the badge programme, Scouts will also translate learning into actions through conducting an outreach to the community on water conservation. Reflect on and respond to community, national and global issues, as an informed and responsible citizen.
To achieve the Water Ambassador badge, students will be required to complete the following activities:
1) Attend the Water Ambassador Programme
A 1⁄2 day course held at the Sustainable Singapore Gallery.
Opening Hours:
9am to 6pm daily (closed between 12pm and 1pm daily, and on Tuesdays)
Guided tours are available at every hour, except from 12pm to 1pm. The last guided tour will commence at 5pm.
Each guided tour is subjected to a maximum group size of 50 persons (excluding the guide).
