Go for a walk or car journey with an adult around your local area, then give your Leader a set of instructions for the journey using any of the following methods of navigation:

❖ Audio recorded directions
❖ Road signs
❖ Tracking signs
Find a number of routes between two given places and choose the most practical and safe for a blind or physically handicapped person. Explain your choice and tell your Leader what could be done to make the route safer.
By drawing a map, direct someone from your meeting place to a local railway or bus station, hospital, doctor or post office.
Using a local street directory, find certain roads and places of interest as requested by your Leader.
Help to plan and execute a Treasure Hunt activity using clues, directions and signs to reach a secret destination for your pack.
