Kailani Torruella
Kailani is a multicultural and biracial actor, singer-songwriter, digital artist, and new composer with a passion for making people feel things. She has gained a sense for learning by ear and playing to create, finding music-- and all forms of art-- adhere by no real rules. Having been brought up around the world, she likes to explore instruments and musical languages, combining genres and sounds and textures to invent new pallets. Some of her favourite realms of music to play in (beyond the cinematic) are R&B, soul, latin, jazz, classical, and alternative hip hop and rock.
Having just begun her scoring journey after writing for a short film a year ago, she is looking forward to learning from her peers and collaborating in all artistic facets.
