Nick (b. 2001) is a Canadian composer for Film and Visual Media pursuing his Masters in Film Scoring at New York University. With a background in music composition, his passion lies in crafting immersive soundscapes and orchestrations that breathe life and meaningful storytelling into visual narratives. Alongside composing music, Nick's principal instrument is saxophone, but also plays piano and guitar.

Graduating with Honours from the Don Wright Faculty of Music, Nick has developed a strong feel and understanding of storytelling. His music has been reviewed and critiqued by professional film scorers including Kenneth Lampl, Tyler Bates, and Mick Gordon. His growing portfolio includes scoring for short films, orchestra, wind symphony, and chamber settings.

Outside film music, Nick also writes his own original songs for genres including pop, classic rock, and alternative/indie.

Nick is will be based in New York City starting August 2024. He is always open to network, collaborate, and eager to work on new projects. He is most reachable by email or instagram.
