Tom Zylbersztein is a screen composer currently based in New York City. Having lived on four continents before reaching adulthood, Tom is fascinated by different cultures and styles, and enjoys exploring diverse musical colors and writing impactful themes. As an award-winning, classically trained composer whose works have been performed in several countries, Tom shifted his focus to screen scoring due to his love of cinema and the subtle art of marrying picture with music.

Some of Tom's recent major projects include composing the score for "The Last Robbery" (a Middle Eastern melodramatic feature), "The Fenestas" (an animated web series about a Greek family), and working as the music editor and additional composer for "Malevolent Bride" (a horror series about a Hasidic community). Tom also produces tracks for the media library Artlist.io as part of their Originals team, and is regularly hired to write orchestral arrangements for the Israeli Sinfonietta Be'er Sheva.

As of writing, Tom is entering his second year as a grad student at NYU’s Screen Scoring program, with the generous support of a Fulbright scholarship.

Tom is always on the lookout for fun and meaningful collaborations, so feel free to reach out!
