Miles Tobel

Miles Tobel is a film-scorer, composer, and songwriter from Los Angeles, California. He is currently enrolled in the NYU Screen Scoring Program. He is fluent in Logic Pro X and Sibelius, plays piano, tenor saxophone, and guitar, and has won multiple awards for his compositions, including the National YoungArts award. His compositions have been performed by the Budapest Chamber Orchestra, CSULA saxophone quartet, the SAMOHI Wind Ensemble and Philharmonic Orchestra, and the top SAMOHI jazz big band and combo; he has released more than 30 songs (including two full-length albums) on major streaming platforms; and he has scored a variety of films. Additionally, he did music preparation and guitars for Desperation Road (with Mel Gibson), working under prominent composer Haim Mazar.
