Bolun Zhang

Ren (Bolun) Zhang is a film composer, sound designer, and music producer from Nanjing, China. Ren is now pursuing a graduate degree in Music Theory and Composition: Screen Scoring at NYU Steinhardt, and he was a student at Nanjing University of the Arts majoring in Recording Arts and got his bachelor's degree there.

As a film composer, Ren has collaborated with many students studying film production or animation and some professional directors in the film industry, which helped him accumulate a lot of work experience and build a personal workflow. Besides, he is very familiar with digital audio workstations, such as Logic, Cubase, and Protools, and equipped with the skills required in recording sessions.
