Pass and receive a ball with control using the insides of the feet with a stationary partner ""giving"" on reception before returning the pass.
Dribble with the feet in general space with control of the ball and while changing directions.
Use a continuous running approach and perform an instep (shoelaces) kick to a target demonstrating correct form.
I can combine foot skills (pass & trap, dribble, kick) in a dynamic environment.
