This week we will start getting into the holiday spirit with our Gingerbread theme! We will listen to different versions of the Gingerbread Man story, count and sort gingerbread people, and do the gingerbread cookie dance. We will finish the week by decorating our own gingerbread people!

December 4 - Grapevine Parade of Lights
December 17 - Polar Express Day! We will wear pajamas and enjoy hot chocolate and popcorn, and there might be a North Pole visitor!
December 18 - PreK Holiday Class Parties 10:45; Early Release Day. Half day morning students will attend 7:35-9:35; half day afternoon students will attend 9:45-11:45.
Look for more information coming soon about our ECSE holiday parties! We need to secure a date and time and will send out a sign up for snacks and supplies as it gets closer.

Announcements:
Please label your child's jackets. Now that it is fall, jackets are very easily mixed up. A label helps us make sure that your child gets home with their jacket.
If your student is absent for any reason, please email the teacher and copy sierra.salter@gcisd.net and elissa.faught@gcisd.net. This is our Attendance Clerk and our school nurse here at OC Taylor. If your child rides the bus, please also call transportation at (817) 251-5592 to let them know.
