What are we learning?

I can add ten to a number or subtract ten from a number using a place value chart. 

I can determine a number that is 10 more or 10 less than any given number up to 120. 

I can compose and decompose numbers up to 120 in more than one way using concrete and pictorial models. 

I can use the UPS Check strategy to solve a story problem. 

I can decode (read) and encode (spell) words with soft g like gem, age, page, cage, huge, stage, lunge, range, change and plunge (Test on Friday, March 6th).

I can identify and use text features and graphics to locate and gain information. 

I can identify the topic and theme of a story. 

I can create mental images to deepen understanding.
