Our social media posts are created using Canva. Canva is a graphic design platform that has music, pictures, different fonts and editing tools to create our content.
Canva is located in the Content Creation Tab in the bookmarks across the top of the webpage.
The Practitioners will be your main source of content, videos/pictures etc. Content will be uploaded to "Content Upload - YEAR". This is located in the bookmark labeled Content Creation. Other sources of content will be articles or blogs from Google. Only gather information from a reliable source. These sources are located in News Articles in Content Creation.
Example Post:
World _____ Day - Every year there certain Days/Weeks/Months dedicated to spreading awareness of different health concern/issues. We use these as an opportunity to educate our audience and show how movement and exercise can help these verity of health issues. A few of these are "World MS Day, National Diabetes Week, Lung Cancer Awareness Month". See the Template HERE.
Client of the Month - Each month a practitioner selects a client who they think has been either working hard, achieved a goal, kept accountable or simply been a joy to be around. The practitioner will write up a few comments about why they selected them e.g. [Client] has been working very hard with us to return to walking unassisted.
We will then ASK the client if they are happy to have their photo take. If they say yes, take a photo of the client in front of the green wall. Print the photo out on a polaroid using the Instax (located in Media drawer). Once you have rescieved the write up and taken a photo of the polaroid, format it to fit the Template HERE.
Happy Friday Post - Every second Friday we post a picture from our professional photos folder located in the Content Creation tab. Choose a photo that has not recently been used on our Instagram/Facebook and add to the pre made "Happy Friday" tile on Canva (scroll down till you find it) . See Example HERE
Uploading Content to Canva

Uploading Finished Content to Facebook Business Suite
Once content is edited and ready to be posted, it can be uploaded to our Facebook Business Suite. The Business Suite is a dashboard that allows us to manage Instagram and Facebook posts in one spot. As well as posting content on the day, the Business Suite allows you to schedule posts for the upcoming weeks. This is a great way to ensure we always have new content on our social media pages.
