Peptalkr is our email marketing and client communication platform. It helps us send appointment reminders, newsletters, promotional emails, and important updates to our clients efficiently and professionally.
We use Peptalkr instead of Mailchimp because it better suits our clinic’s needs for managing client emails, automating reminders, and tracking engagement.
Logging In:
Access Peptalkr via THIS LINK
Use your clinic email and password.
Sending a Campaign or Email:
From the dashboard, select Create Campaign or New Email.
Choose a template or start from scratch.
Add your content: text, images, links, and personalized details.
Select the recipients—either a group (e.g., all clients, specific classes) or individuals.
Review your email and send a test to yourself before sending to clients.
Schedule the email to send immediately or at a later date/time.
Managing Contact Lists:
Go to Contacts to add, edit, or segment client lists.
Keep client info up to date for accurate targeting.
Automated Reminders:
Set up appointment reminders or follow-ups using automation features.
Ensure clients get timely notifications to reduce no-shows.
Tracking Results:
After sending, check reports for open rates, click rates, and responses.
Use insights to improve future communication.
