Below will be a few strategies to increase New Clients in the clinic:
Double the ad spend on Google ads for 1-2 weeks.
We should have 1-3 ads running at all times on Google ads, doubling our daily spend will result in more phone calls into the clinic and more opportunities to convert leads.
NOTE - Make sure to have a reminder in your calendar or asana to reduce ad spend after 1-2 weeks otherwise it will continue to spend excess money - Budget is approx $600 per month
Turn on "Physio" Google ad
The term "Physio" gets searched in Google 5 times more than Exercise Physiology, turning this ad on means we get a lot more phone calls, however, admin must be aware and have their Physio to EP conversion scripts ready! Check in with admin daily to get feedback on conversations being had and current conversion rates of the phone calls.
NOTE - Make sure to have a reminder in your calendar or asana to pause ad after 1-2 weeks otherwise it will continue to spend excess money
Get each EP to ask 3 current referrers for a referral using this script
When to implement script?
If a patient ever thanks you for helping them or reports the improvement they have made since coming to Effect Exercise Physiology, begin the WOM script
If a patient does not thank you or report improvement. You can commence this by asking them, “How do you feel after today’s session?”, and “How is that in comparison to when you first started coming here”. When they answer (assuming it is positive), begin the WOM script

“That’s great to hear! Well I was wondering if you could do me a huge favour?!
I have 3 gift cards here that are only given to certain clients/patients (hold them up).
If it’s ok with you I’d like to write your name on these cards.
Over the next week, you may bump into someone who may need our services.
Could you please give them this card and let them know that we are here and may be able to help them?
By writing your name on the card, we will know the person was referred from you and you will go into a prize draw at the end of the year

They should be linked to a "lead form" to capture the details of the patient

Go through New Client Spreadsheet and reach out to referrers that have dropped off
Cold call to 25 locations in 7 days with brochures and cards
This sounds like a lot, but 3 per hour over a 8.5 hour day would result in 25 in one day. 3 per day would be 30 in 2 weeks, etc. "Its a numbers game."
