Returning Messages Policy
All messages/missed calls/emails should at least be attempted to be replied to within an hour of receiving them.
Action
-When you get in first thing is check the phone for any missed calls or messages.
-If there is voicemails listen to them by calling 101, have a pen and paper ready to jot down whatever messages there are on voicemail.
-Call any back that need to be returned (if anyone is cancelling let the EP know right away or as soon as.)
-If some don't require being called back, you can send a text to let them know you got their message.
-Text back any messages that require being texted back, or if its a message that needs a call back then do so (sometimes its easier calling when trying to workout booking times ect.)
-Also check emails when you first get in, move any to correct inboxes.
-Reply to any that you can.
-If you accidentally open one thats for an EP make sure you mark it as unread so they don't miss it.
