This is our procedure for setting a price for a product that has been ordered for a client.
Things to check:
Is this a one-off order for a client or a shelf display product?
Is there a RRP?
Is the cost price greater than $100?
In order to calculate the sale price, follow the formula as stated in the flow chart below:
For products with a cost price greater than $100, sale price is cost price x 1.5 (Cost price includes GST and Freight.)
For products with a cost price less than $100, sale price is cost price x 2 (Cost price includes GST and Freight.)
If we order multiple units to have them on display for sale, talk with the clinic director to set the sale price and use the price gun to put a price tag on each item.
