How to Reprint Receipt:
Reports > NAB or HICAPS> “____ transaction list” > Select Date > and then the last transaction at the top of the list
"Health Fund does not support Mobile Transactions”: Sometimes when the 3G or 4G connection is stronger than the Ethernet connecting the HICAPS machine will use the stronger signal. If this occurs while a client uses a specific health fund (who does not support mobile machines) The transaction will not work.
Things to check
1. Bluetooth has two dots either side of it
2. Run Ethernet test. Support > HICAPS logon test > it should have Ethernet under “Communication Type”
If not ^
3. Go to Settings > Scroll to last option > Android settings > Network & Internet >Mobile Network > then turn off Mobile Data”
Settlement of the HICAPS terminal is required at the end of each day to ensure the total takings lines up with the Cliniko Daily Payments Report.
Two seperate settlements are required, HICAPS and EFTPOS.
